Anti-Christian Bias

WorldNetDaily has picked up the story of anti-Christian bias against Sound Doctrine Church, after a local judge ruled that Enumclaw Police Detective Grant McCall wrongfully deleted emails, failed to respond adequately to a subpoena, and did not provide proper discovery of other significant evidence.

Judge Beth Andrus ordered the Prosecutor's Office to have Enumclaw Police Department hard drives submitted for forensic analysis to recover deleted emails, and also ordered other evidence be provided by January 4th.

The hearing was part of the case surrounding our assistant pastor, Malcolm Fraser.

This was a positive outcome in many ways, but the real problem is with the legal system itself. The Prosecutor’s Office knew about the police misconduct for a long time and not only did nothing, but tried to defend it in this hearing. They only ‘threw in the towel’ when they were cornered by Detective McCall's own admissions under cross-examination.

Malcolm Fraser's trial has been rescheduled to January as a result of this misconduct, but there’s a massive amount of evidence the Prosecutors are still ignoring. There's a lot more going on here than people realize. Whether Malcolm Fraser gets a fair trial or not, it’s clear that the whole process is simply not fair.

Don't be fooled by all the gossip and slander, and the people using this case to promote their own agenda of hate and bitterness. This kind of bias and prejudice affects all Christians, and with the legal system so thoroughly one-sided, this is not just an isolated case.

We've been told by several independent professionals who have reviewed the evidence that, if this case did not involve a church and a pastor, it would have been dropped long ago.
