About Sound Doctrine Church.

Sound Doctrine Church is a small, non-denominational church located in the town of Enumclaw, WA – almost in the shadow of Mount Rainier.

The foundation of our fellowship is simple: the love of God worked in our lives by the power of the Holy Spirit. This is no ordinary love, but a love that flows from the cross of Jesus Christ. It brings scriptures alive, even as it is found in the pages of God’s Word. It is a love from God that incorporates holiness, truth, justice, mercy, grace, compassion, joy, freedom, and no compromise.

John 13:35 By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.

We hold to the enduring gospel that has been preached by godly men and women from the time of Christ and throughout the history of the church. For this gospel many have been martyred over the years and, even now, countless Christians all over the world are persecuted and killed because of their whole-hearted love for Jesus Christ. Likewise, we seek to lay down our lives for God and for each other, just as Jesus gave His life for us.

1 John 3:16 This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers.

You won’t find hyped-up services, big-name preachers or fancy shows at Sound Doctrine Church; just down-to-earth Biblical truth, total devotion to God, and a love unlike anything you’ve experienced before. You won’t find a fellowship that is nothing more than a social club or a weekly worship concert, but a true family of believers united in heart and mind.
